Carol is developing a broad practice in general civil and commercial matters, tort, land, equity and trust.  In addition, she has conducted criminal trials, including theft, common assault, criminal intimidation, various traffic offences etc.  She has appeared at all levels from the Magistrates’ Court to the Court of Appeal.
