Francis joined Chambers after completion of pupillage with Mr. Ambrose Ho S.C., Mr. Derek Chan S.C., Mr. Andrew Mak, and Mr. Isaac Chan. He has experience in areas such as land and conveyancing, building management, trust, probate, securities, commercial, company, regulatory and public law as well as white collar crime.
Francis accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. He has been instructed in both advisory and advocacy work covering areas such as land and conveyancing, building management, contracts, intellectual property, personal injury, public law and injunctive relief.
In addition to his practice, Francis is the Headnoter for Hong Kong Cases in land law. He is also appointed as the Part-time Lecturer (non-clinical) teaching Constitutional Law at the University of Hong Kong and was a guest speaker for Land Law II at the University of Hong Kong.
