Practice
Matthew practices in all areas of civil work with special emphasis on chancery and commercial litigation.  In particular, Matthew is constantly instructed by several local banks to provide legal advice and appear in hearings involving mortgage and loan matters.

Matthew is also experienced in providing advice regarding compliance issues on listing projects. Successful listing projects in Hong Kong in which Matthew was involved include Tsit Wing International Holdings Limited (2119.HK), Zioncom Holdings Limited (8287.HK), Best Pacific International Holdings Limited (2111.HK), eBroker Group (8036.HK) and Wan Leader International Limited (8482.HK).

– acting in an ex-cohabitees’ dispute over ownership of property in successfully resisting the claim for common intention constructive trust and obtaining a substantial part of the counter-claim
