Since joining Chambers in 2008, Isaac has developed a broad civil practice with particular focuses on financial, commercial, companies, trust and land disputes. He is experienced in advising and representing both banks and bank customers in disputes in relation to banking services and products (including numerous disputes in relation to investment products after the collapse of Lehman Brothers in 2008) and enforcement actions under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (both for the Securities and Futures Commission and the private respondents) whether in civil proceedings or before the Market Misconduct Tribunal.
